1. There was no sanitizer solution available for storing cleaning cloths. An appropriate chlorine sanitizer solution was prepared., , 2. Cleaning cloths were not placed in a sanitizer solution. Operator placed the cleaning cloths in the sanitizer solution.
1. A fly swatter was stored above an unsanitary bucket that contained olives. Exterior of container was unsanitary and lid was cracked. The operator disposed of the olives., , 2. Parsley was stored in an unsanitary sink in the back receiving/storage area. The parsley was discarded onsite.
Donair meat was left to thaw at room temperature. Temperature of the meat was measured at 4.6 degrees Celsius. Donair meat was then transferred to the cooler.
Mouse poison in the deli area near the cooler is not contained. Please store mouse poison properly.
Dented cans that may compromise the safety of food were found. The operator disposed of the dented cans found.
Food handling permit was not available. Ensure that the permit is available and displayed.

Clean knives in the deli area were being stored in an unsanitary manner. The knives were removed and placed in the dishwashing sink for rewashing.
The cooler shelves are not being kept in a clean condition. Please ensure that the cooler shelves are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
