The hand sink in the back of house was lacking hand soap. This was immediately refilled by the operator. Hand sinks must be fully stocked at all times.
Scoops without handles were observed in bulk dry food dispensers. The operator removed them immediately. Please obtain scoops with handles and ensure they are stored upright so that handles do not come into contact with the food.
