Ensure food remains under 4 C. Temperature records not observed, ensure records are implemented, and temperatures are recorded.
One sticky trap noted to have what appears to be a cockroach in it. Ensure traps are replaced and monitored as needed (at least once a month). Ensure pest monitoring is in place.
