The chlorine sanitizer in the bucket was measured at 0ppm, Sanitizer was replaced and measured at 100ppm. Cleaning cloth at the coffee station waas being reused without sanitizer spray or immersion between use. Ensure cleaning clothes are sanitized by immersing them in sanitizer in between use.

- Food debris was observed on the meat slicer, ensure slicer is sanitized after each use and taken apart for complete washing and sanitizing after every 4 hours of contionous use.
