Staff were observed to be practicing handwashing during food service (IN COMPLIANCE). , , But the soap at the hand sink was in bar form. Note that the Food Code requires that hand sinks are "provided with soap in suitable dispensers". Bar soap is not appropriate for use in a commercial food establishment. , , Operator had liquid dish soap on site and would use this for the remainer of the event. PHI advised that a pump style, hand soap dispenser would be more appropriate for all future events.
