*Food items were stored directly on the floor in the back storage area (cases of pop, jars of peaches, Ensure meal replacement drinks). Some items were around the hand washing sink area. Ensure all food products are elevated off the floor (minimum 6 inches) and stored away from the hand washing sink to protect from contamination and prevent pest access. Reorganize back storage area.

*Pest control was not being completed on a monthly basis. Please ensure that a pest control program is in place. This can be done through a professional pest control company or through self monitoring. If self monitoring is used, please ensure that proper documentation is maintained.
