Due to the operator uncertain of the functionality of the walk-in cooler unit, certain cheese products were moved from the walk-in cooler display shelf and into an adjacent upright refrigeration unit, which was functional at 4 degrees Celsius. The walk-in cooler unit was to be used for non-perishable food and drink products only, at this time. The owner/operator is to ensure adequate function of the walk-in cooler unit, with ambient air temperature maintained at 4 degrees Celsius, or lower (prior to any storage of perishable food and drink products)
