Paper towels were not available at the hand sink, -supplies replenished at the time of inspection

-Deep fryer is not fully underneath the exhaust canopy causing fumes to stain and oil to build up on the wall and ceiling beside canopy, -Protective sticker on stainless steel shelves needs to be removed
