QUAT sanitizer test strips were expired. Ensure that valid QUAT sanitizer test strips are available to accurately verify the concentration of the sanitizer solution. The operator later provided photos via email showing valid QUAT test strips.

Pest control records were not available. Please ensure monthly pest control records are properly maintained. The operator later provided photos of a completed pest control checklist.
