The low temp dishwasher and glass washer sanitizer strength was measured to be 0 ppm chlorine at the time of inspection. Operator phone contractor for the repair of the equipment. Equipment will be fixed by the end of the day today. Operator is aware to manually add bleach solution before each cycle is completed to ensure utensils are adequately cleaned and sanitized.
