Temperature of the sandwich cooler in the deli section was at 11.3 C at the time of inspection. Food items in the cooler were transferred into the walk-in cooler during the inspection. Store manager in-charge mentioned that the facility technical staff will be notified for necessary repair., , All walk-in coolers and freezers temperature were adequate at the time of inspection., Temperature of hot held food units were >60C at the time of inspection.
