Cooling logs not being used to verify chicken and pork cool from 60-20C within 2 hours, then from 20-4C within 4 hours. Please fill in cooling log.
Salad rolls were being left out at room temperature after being made. Once made, they need to be kept refrigerated or only kept out at room temperature for 2 hours and then discarded. Time-labelling needed. Corrected during inspection; time label put on salad rolls.
