PassScoops for rice and hot items were noted out on the preparation line in standing water. To prevent microbial growth on scoops and water, add ice to water, use sanitizing solution for scoops, or ensure scoops/containers are washed/rinsed/sanitized at least every 2 hours.
Noodles were noted soaking in warm water on back counter. In order to prevent microbial growth in water, limit the time that noodles soak in warm water (max 2 hours with timer) or keep in refrigerator.
Caulking around preparation sink is moulding and in disrepair. If caulking can not be cleaned, it must be replaced.
Tape noted on one of the rice cookers to hold it together. Tape is not easily cleanable; repair or replace rice cooker.
