The temperature in the refrigerator measured 9C. Genesis Centre manager stated that a new refrigerator was on site and this unit will be replaced. Please ensure cold perishables are stored at or below 4C. Monitor temperature and keep thermometer in refrigerator.
Cupboard interiors were contaminated with food debris and spillage. Please clean.
