PassHandwashing sinks were not provided with paper towel and soap dispensers at the time of inspection., - Please install., , **FIXED (2025-08-28) - Hand sinks were equipped with soap and paper towel dispensers.
1. Weather stripping on the bay door was in disrepair, leaving visible gaps at the bottom of the door., 2. Gap was noted at the bottom of the man door., , - Please replace/install weather stripping to eliminate the gaps.
Wall near the back exit door was noted to be damaged. Dirt marks were also observed on wall surface., - Please repair and repaint.
Gap was noted between the hand sinks and wall., - Please seal the gap and ensure sink is secured to the wall., , **FIXED (2025-08-28) - Gap between sinks and wall was sealed with silicone caulking.
