A significant of mice droppings were noted under the sink cabinet that is not easily reachable. A few droppings were noted on the divider between the cabinets under the sink. Please remove all droppings. Clean and disinfect the area. Notify the monthly pest control service to assess the evidence noted. Identify all possible entries and block them as necessary. Provide PHI pest control records upon the follow-up inspection.
