Personal food items were stored in the walk-in cooler and mixed with pre-packaged food available for sale to the public., -dedicate a shelving unit to store personal items/food, etc. , -Ensure the food for public sale is separate from personal items.

1) Many items no associated to the food store are stored throughout the store., -remove any items that are not necessary or required to operate the Food Establishment, i.e. boxes, old equipment, etc., , 2) The store was very cluttered making it difficult to maintain a clean and sanitary food establishment. The walk-in cooler was very cluttered and unorganized. , -organize the store and all food storage, such as the walk-in cooler., , 3) The walk-in cooler floor and shelves were dirty with debris. The store floor and shelves throughout the premises was dirty with dust/debris, etc., -clean the walk-in cooler and retail store space. These areas need to be cleaned on a regular/frequent basis to prevent the accumulation of dirt/dust/debris, etc
