Owner took the desserts back to the bakery to add ice in the thermo bags., , 2) Steamed brown sugar flour buttercup and rice pudding were left out at room temperature. No test done to indicate if the product is shelf stable. Made them in the morning. . Rice pudding was measured at 25 degrees C.
