- The paper towel dispenser for the front handwashing sink was in disrepair, and paper towels were stored beside the sink., *Please fix the dispenser, as paper towels can become wet from water splashes and while tearing them off. To protect the paper towels from contamination, they should be stored in the dispenser.
- Staff was using Quats test strips for testing Chlorine based dishwasher., *Please ensure to purchase and use the correct testing strips and test the sanitizer concentration daily.
