ConformeThere was no thermometer to check the cook temperature of the meat. Operator got a thermometer during the inspection, , **Ensure that you are equipped with a thermometer to confirm cook temperature to ensure meat are cooked to a minimum of 74 degrees C
There was no hand soap at the temp hand wash sink. Operator replaced soap, , **Ensure hand sinks are fully equipped at all times.
