1) Laminate piece at the hand washing sink in the male staff bathroom had fallen off. Please repair., 2) Long hose with end in mop pail was missing a vacuum breaker. Please provide.

There were gaps between wood strips at edge of table. Please refinish/replace table so surface is safe and easily cleanable., 3) Wall tiles were missing/fallen off wall next to receivers freezer. Please repair.
The condenser unit in the small walk-in freezer was leaking and some frozen condensate was collecting on the food stored below. Please repair the leak and store foods in a sanitary manner.
The 2 compartment sink in the dishwashing area was leaking., -Please repair the leak.,
