Store perishable foods away from the temperature danger zone (4 to 60C)., , 3) Packets of salted butter measured 22.6C. The product is to be kept under refrigeration as per manufacturer's instructions. , , Butter was discarded., , 4) There were two bowls of shredded potatoes stored at room temperature.
