Reusable public dishware, cups, and cutlery were washed in the domestic dishwasher in the kitchen for cooking classes. Unable to determine if temperature reaches sanitizing requirements from this dishwasher. Please provide dishwasher manufacturer specifications for AHS review. All reusable customer must otherwise be manually washed, rinsed, and sanitized in the 3 compartment sink in the concession.
