PassGenerator onsite was not adequate to provide power for all vendors. Generator was tripped twice during inspection. All coolers were above the required temperatures. No foods stored in the coolers. All foods were stored in the refrigerated truck at the time of inspection. , , - An electrician was on-site working on the issue.
No wastewater tank onsite. Wastewater was dispensing on the floor or garbage bin., , Wastewater tanks did not arrive until approximately 5:15 PM. Approval inspections were scheduled at 3:00 PM
Inspections were scheduled for 3:00 PM on September 5th, 2024. Wastewater tanks did not arrive until 5:15 PM. There were also issues with power and some vendors did not have both hot and cold water. Event/some vendors required re-inspections the following day.
