There were no thermometers in the coolers to monitor the temperature., --all temperature-controlled equipment must be equipped with thermometers.
Coolers were not operational at the beginning of the inspection and measured 23Celsius. , -coolers must measure no greater than 4Celsius.
There were holes in the wall near the handwash sink., -ensure all holes are covered; all walls must be smooth, durable, non-absorbent, and easily washable.
The hot water was leaking at the faucet of the handwash sink. (hot water valve was shut off).
