Bowmart Food Store - Events

Upright cooler was not plugged in at time of inspection. Temperature was measured at 15C., - Operator plugged it in and temperatures returned to <4C., - Only perishable item was disposable milk and cream for customers. Items were moved to working cooler until standing cooler achieved safe operating temperatures.
