Camping coolers/pots of food were stored on the floor. Staff were sitting on boxes of food.

Sanitizer spray bottle was not labelled to indicate its contents.

1) A large pot of boiled eggs was stored on the floor and at room temperature. Vendor stated eggs were for personal consumption. There was evidence that eggs were backup stock for public consumption as the same dish was being served at their service line. Vendor immediately removed eggs when PHI turned away., 2) Probe thermometer was not provided.

20 L camping urn for temporary hand sink was filled only half way. The catch pail was dry and there was no evidence the temp hand sink was used previously.

Vendor was not on site at 10 AM and was not set up even when event started at 11 AM. PHI inspected vendor at 1 PM and vendor was still not ready.
