Several prepackaged items were observed to have no labels. Ensure proper labeling that contains item description, store name and contact number is on the labels. However, facility is not permitted to pre-package items as mentioned on permit restrictions.

There is no handwashing/dishwashing sink within the facility except for the handwashing sink in the washroom.

Facility is pre-packaging spices, flour etc. Please note you are unable to pre-package items as your facility does not meet the requirements to do so. Please cease all prepackaging. You may only sell already prepackaged items or whole produce only.
