RéussiOperator's sink lines froze overnight and the faucet handle broke off so the sink was not operational at the start of the event. Food handling was occuring at this time. , Operator was asked to stop all food handling until an appropriate sink could be set up in the booth. Operator had a camp jug but no spigot onsite and so left to go purchase a spigot. , Operator was able to set up a temporary handwash station and was allowed to resume food handling.
