-Chlorine solution which was measured at 100ppm was stored in spray bottle with Oxivir TB label, -Solution in spray bottle containing unknown liquid was labelled as Clorox (Germicidal Bleach-chlorine based) when tested with both QUAT and Chlorine test strips was not indicating concentration of solution, , **Ensure that all chemicals used in the food prep area are correctly labelled to identify contents, **Do not reuse chemical bottles previously used for chemicals to store a different chemical as this may produce hazardous chemical reactions., **Store chemicals in plain bottles or chemical's original bottles.
