1. Pre-packaged food and drinks are stored on the floor in the back storage area. All food items must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor., 2. Pre-packaged drinks are stored on the floor and on a shelving rack in the staff bathroom. These must be removed from the bathroom, food items cannot be stored in a bathroom.

Facility was operating without a food permit.
