Several containers of Ricotta cheese are observed with what appears to be mold on the exterior surfaces of the containers. No mold is observed on the internal side of the clear plastic seal where the cheese is contained. The operator cleaned and sanitized the exterior surfaces of the Ricotta cheese containers during the inspection.
