Back prep/storage area: findings included mouse droppings, gnawed food packaging, and various products showing signs of tampering or contamination. All affected dry goods stored beneath the prep table were discarded on site due to visible contamination. Approximately four large totes of dry goods were discarded in the back dumpster at the time of inspection

Multiple bags of “Idli Rice” were stored with non‑food items (winter glove, personal care products). This area requires decluttering and cleaning.
