Discard and ensure food products are properly saved.

*A buildup of sticky residue was observed on the juice machine nozzles, along with visible dust and debris in the hard-to-clean areas behind the nozzles. Clean nozzles/hard to reach areas and add to cleaning schedule., , *Dust accumulation on the black fan. Clean fan.
*Small refrigerator in the resident dining room area was noted to be approx. 10 C. Milk was removed. Temperature log was reviewed, and the temperatures recorded appear to be under 4C.
*Please ensure food is protected from contamination. Bin with food (fresh chicken) was observed on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Mesh bag with onions was observed on the floor. Items were corrected during the inspection.
