Observation:, , 1. Accumulation of dust was observed on the fan grill of the walk-in cooler., , 2. Buildup of food debris was observed inside the chest freezer. Ice accumulation was also present around the door frame, preventing the freezer door from closing properly., , 3. Dried food residue was observed on the dough mixer and on high-touch surfaces, including cooler doors and door handles., , Corrective Action Required:, Thoroughly clean and sanitize the walk-in cooler fan grill, chest freezer, dough mixer, and all high-touch surfaces to remove dust and food debris. Defrost and remove ice buildup to ensure the chest freezer door closes fully and maintains an effective seal. Maintain all refrigeration equipment and food contact surfaces in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
