The cutting boards at the sandwich station are stained and worn. Staff indicate it is difficult to clean. Replace or shave down cutting boards so they is smooth and easy to clean.

REPEAT VIOLATION: One of the hand sinks had no soap., , Ensure ALL hand sinks in the facility are properly supplied so staff can wash their hands at either hand sink. No installation of a wall pump is required, just put an individual soap pump at the hand sink to use.
