1. The standup cooler temperature was noted to be between 11 - 14 degrees C. PHI went back three to four times (approximately three to four hours) to check the temperature of the cooler, and it was noted to be 11- 14 degrees C. , The operator was advised to discard all high-risk food items stored in the cooler. Please either repair or replace this cooler., 2. The thermometer inside the cooler was not reading properly. , Please replace this thermometer with a functional thermometer.
