** - staff were observed "nursing" food. They continued to take bites of food while still addressing customers. Cease and desist eating food and serving customers at the same time. Allow the staff to take their personal food out of the food preparation areas and eat in the customer area to prevent potential contamination of surfaces in the food preparation area.
** - improper thawing was observed. Frozen cooked rice was being thawed improperly on the counter at room temperature. The external temperature was measured at -1'C. Thaw safely by using one of four methods: 1. microwave 2. cooler overnight 3. under cold running water, 4. Ice bath. Please retrain staff
** - child high chair exhibited thick dirt and build up - must be cleaned daily and after every use. Customer table edges also appeared to contain grime and build up. Please clean thoroughly.
