Several boxes of frozen meat were stocked at room temperature for want of space in the freezer while being sorted for despatch. However,tTemperature of meat box were at -4C. , All boxes were moved to the freezer during inspection.
One of the hand washing sinks is missing single use towel in dispenser. Please install towel dispenser and stock with appropriate towels to ensure hand hygiene.
Gap observed at back loading dock door and floor, Please ensure the gap is closed to prevent entry of pest.
