Relocated to designate staff area or designated and label area in the cooler for staff lunches. Corrected on site: lunch was moved to staff room.
*4th floor servery items(e.g. cups, utensils) were stored in bins in the kitchen. Bins were stacked on top of each other without barrier to protect from contamination from the bottom of the bins. Discussed using a lid or tray to create a barrier. Add a barrier.
