Mouse droppings were observed in the following areas:, -On the shelving where the chips were stored/displayed, -On the floor in the southeast corner of the store next to the small coke-a-cola cooler, -On the floor in the northeast corner of the store under the shelving used to store the coffee & juice machines, , 2. A bag of chips had a hole that appeared to have been chewed by a mouse - discarded at the time of inspection. Operator stated all the chips would be discarded. , , 3. Dead insects, beetles, flies, moths were observed on shelves and in the corners of the store. , , 4. The a/c vent on the exterior of the building was open (not screened in) & there was a gap on the base of the side exit door. , , 5.
