1. The bay door was observed to have holes that could allow for the entry of pest. Please fix all holes to prevent a pest infestation in the facility.

The lighting fixture close to the dry storage bins at the back of the kitchen had no shatter proof covering. Please ensure the coverings are replaced to prevent physical contamination of food items.
