No sanitizer was detected at glass level during the final rinse of the new bar glasswasher. The jug of chlorine sanitizer connected to the machine appeared to be colorless suggesting that the sanitizer strength had depleted. Staff replaced the jug of sanitizer, the glasswasher was primed, and subsequently 100 ppm chlorine was detected at glass level during the final rinse cycle.
