The donair cone was at room temperature, the vertical broiler was not turned on. Ensure the broiler is on when the cone is on it. The shaved donair should undergo a secondary cook step prior to serving.

The veggie cooler was measured at 11C, thermometer in the cooler is in disrepair. Ensure the coler is not used for high risk food unless it can maintain temperature below 4C. Replace the thermometer.
