Yes (corrected during inspection) - there was 0 ppm concentration of chlorine sanitizer in the final rinse cycle of the commercial dishwasher in the main kitchen. After using the 'priming switch' for the sanitizer at the control panel (for two minutes), the chlorine sanitizer concentration was at the required minimum of 100 ppm concentration. Note that the operator and/or staff are to ensure to 'check' the chlorine sanitizer concentration at least once daily (with use of the chlorine test strips), as there may have been accumulation of air bubbles in the plastic tubing line preventing sufficient movement of chlorine sanitizer through the plastic tubing line.
