A new product (Ecolab sanitizer) had been purchased for dishwash sanitizing that could not be verified to be at an appropriate concentration. During inspection it was switched out for a different sanitizer and measured to be at an appropriate concentration.

Staff coats were being stored on food storage racks. Please ensure staff items are stored in a separate area from food areas.

Minor cockroach activity noted - some sticky traps had cockroaches in them. Pest control comes in every week as per operator.

Chocolate milk for consumption by employee was stored in the same fridge as that for the public. During inspection employee labelled a section of the fridge as well as the chocolate milk as staff only to ensure appropriate separation and prevent accidental service to public.

The light in the walk-in freezer is out. Please ensure the light is fixed. Operator indicated that they needed to order a part from the manufacturer and it might take approximately a month.

Freezer floor had visible food debris and dirt. Please ensure floor is cleaned.
