PassStaff were using an oxygen bleach powder to prepare the sanitizer solution. However, the powder does not contain chlorine. The operator was instructed to discontinue using this product and switch to unscented household bleach., A proper chlorine solution was prepared at the time of inspection and tested at 100 ppm Cl-.
