A container of garlic butter left on the countertop was measured at 22 C. The operator confirmed it had been at room temperature for over 2 hours. Keep high-risk foods below 4C or above 60C. Discard high-risk foods held between 4C and 60C for more than 2 hours. The garlic butter was discarded onsite.

No evidence of vermin was observed; however, no pest control records were available for review. Please ensure that pest control measures are in place and that monthly records are maintained and available for review.

Light fixture in cold storage area was missing a cover. Please ensure all light fixtures are covered if not shatterproof.
