Not in Compliance** - walls were not constructed properly or exhibited structural deficiencies such as unfinished wood, unfinished concrete, missing baseboards, no seal of the floor to the wall, holes around plumbing, duct tape used to close holes, and chloroplast plastic to cover holes in walls. Please refinish/repair/complete all wall surfaces in a manner that is smooth cleanable, non-absorbent and durable. The walls must be pest and water proof (ie. seal floors to walls), ** - the silicone around the mop sink is in poor repair and no longer waterproof. Please replace.
