A few utensils were stored with handles facing downward. Corrected onsite. Store , utensils with handles facing upward to prevent contamination.
Food is transported to the rooms on food carts., , A salad mix was observed being transported uncovered to the rooms. Please ensure all prepared food remains covered at all times until service. Education was provided.
Raw meats were being thawed in the fridge overtop fruits. Meats were moved to the bottom of the fridge at the time of the inspection. PHI recommends labelling this area 'raw meats only'
